Ebony Pena. She was St. Charleston High School's golden girl. She had the looks, the smarts, everything a teacher could want in a student, all in one package. What she didn't have was fun. She didn't have a best friend, she left her only true friend back in Florida, and another one had left her broken hearted. She didn't have the perfect family either, with a nasty divorce, right after an even worse marriage. With nothing to do, she immersed herself in her studies and her work as co-captain of the Flag Team.
Brandon Ward. He was St. Charleston High School's bad boy. Not the brooding type of bad boy, more like he knew everyone and was always up for the next adventure, whether that be skipping class to go hiking or taking a small "road trip" to the next town over for the weekend. He was known around the school for his fun-loving nature. Even without the best home life, he still always wanted to make the best of everything.
Ebony hates Brandon. Brandon wants her to have fun. And just what happens when these two collide? Only time will tell.
