It's 2018 and people on this planet earth still consider Vampires and Werewolves as some mythical creature who do not exist in reality. Nothing to wonder, a littler of It is somehow true!
Vampires and Werewolves did exist in the past but there was another species that was growing discreetly among them. As there was a naked hatred between both of the dominants but 'They' were not hated by anyone. They were born with the tidbits of both as it was may be due to their soil's effect, yet they were not hybrids.
They were 'Demencrux'.
Demencrux were some amazing creatures. They blood-suckers and exceedingly attracted to the Full-moon. They possessed a few different traits from the Vamps and Wolves; they don't transform. They were faster than werewolves and would go for a blood-hunt almost every week. They did not store blood. They could eat veg and meat. They were no different from homo-sapiens in appearance yet they had a special power, nobody on the planet had.
They could erase memories.
As there were no records or any stories about them written in the books of history and myth, nobody was aware of their existence. They continued to grow and now, they are in a count of thousands. Demencrux live among us.
