Zeke's father was in the Joined Blade and was killed by an assassin.   He tries to track down the man who killed him.  He tries to get Odessa to help him, but she is done with killing. Zeke will stop at nothing to kill this man, and Odessa will stop at nothing to stay hidden in the shadows.  She has seen too much blood in her lifetime.
