Despite his aspirations and desires Darius is constantly pushed to be exactly like his father putting him into dangerous situations where his morals are tested. Darius is in an environment where no one truly understands him and dares to see past his fathers shadow.


     When Quinn Hollisters  arrival into the city  he's immediately relieved. Quinn is the one person who understands him and makes him feel more himself. They have a history together that is hard to ignore. But Jacob Maxwell just sees a romance as a distraction to his son leading to run his business empire. He's made it very clear to him that a girl like Quinn is too much baggage and was off limits. The more time he spends with Quinn the harder he falls for her. His father could lose it all just because of one love.
