Drawing Each Other's Fate

Sara and Zein have been dreaming about having Gawad, the name they promised to give to their second son, since the first days of their marriage. But, nobody, including Sara's physician, could have imagined that Gawad would develop a fateful disease only two weeks before his birth. Born exceptionally fat, the babies attacked by this rare disease don't usually survive their first week. Yet, Gawad doesn't only managed to survive but he was born with one of the cutest faces people would love to see even for once during their lifetime. As Gawad is destined to remain fat for many years to come, Sara, the caring mother, decides to intervene at an early stage to prevent her son's suffering.
