El 1 de diciembre de 2011, en guanare (Portuguesa), "capital espiritual de venezuela", luego de inimaginables maltratos, torturas vejaciones, un niño de apenas cinco años perdió la vida. El desmesurado suceso minó muy pronto la tranquilidad de la ciudad y ante la ausencia de declaraciones oficiales, el boca a boca y las redes sociales activaron a la comunidad que, en ardecida, tomó las calles para exigir justicia. La ciudad ya no fue la misma.
