Bea Vanderselt was just an average girl, or at least until she was diagnosed with leukemia. Being on the edge of living and death isn't the easiest place to be, so the hospital does everything to keep everyone's spirits high. What happens when Hunter Hayes, a country singer, visits the hospital and starts talking to Bea? And even if there was a connection, would cancer cut it short?

It all started one day that Hunter and Jessica will never forget. Hunter is just your ordinary country star sharing stages with Taylor Swift and Many other successful stars that he had only dreamt of seeing much less sharing a stage. He never thought in a million years he would fall for someone that hated him, much less despised him. Jessica, other ways know as Jessi, was just a small town girl. Not much went on. She loved pop music and hated country with so much she could throw up if she heard one song. Her over all most hated though had to be Hunter Hayes. He almost made her switch to country, but she stopped before the music got to her. Courtney was just Jessi's annoying country loving little sister, that could listen to Hunter all day long, day and night, for the rest of her life. When she wins tickets to see her favorite country star live, but also get to meet him afterwards. Can she bring these star-crossed lovers together? Or will Jessi's pop music get in the way of everything?
