It was the year 2089. Sharks, the dominant predator and king of the oceans are now nearing extinction. However, thousands of reports of shark hunters are found slaughtered on their boats every year, with no trace of their killers.
Caroline Song, a girl obsessed with saving and studying sharks, will do anything to stop the hunting and killing of sharks for that it will bring chaos to the ocean food chain. Just as she was about to give up her dream of saving the sharks, she meets Mako Oceanus, a mysterious boy who shows interest in her and her dream of saving them.
