I always imagined my death would be peaceful, and as my gaze travelled from the long, thick rope with the loop at the end to the lush forest surrounding me, I knew I couldn’t find a more peaceful end. Of course, in my imagination when I died I was old and dying of natural causes.. But I’ll die surrounded by nature, that counts for something right?
