“The Christophers are my only friends, Ven, Kenneth, Andersen and Yvan. – but now, everything has changed – Guess what? I think I’m in love with my cousin’s ex-boyfriend.” –Jessica Louise

“Jessica is my bestfriend, and I wasn’t supposed to feel any of this, I have to tell her but I’m afraid she won’t feel the same..” –Yvan Christophers

“I’m adopted and I am my cousin’s shadows, she has everything I have ever wanted, but one thing I won’t let her steal from me..—Xander.” –Jasmine Louise

“I learned a secret, I used it to blackmail her. – we pretended to be together so I can get back to Jasmine, and now..—I am falling for her cousin.” –Alexander Michaels

What will you do when you commit a deal with your school’s most arrogant playboy who happens to be your cousin’s ex-boyfriend? Will you go with the flow and embrace the conditions? How about the consequences? – And what if all of a sudden, you wake up and realize that you are falling into your own trap?

This is an alternating point of view good reads about a tough girl who has been friends only with boys and forcedly made a pact with a tennis varsity arrogant plush boy, and later on fall into different blocks, as they were faced with obstacles with one another, friendship and family.

A funny and romantic teen fiction and how the fact goes that we are really not capable of choosing who we meet and love.

Happy Reading! I hope you could find time to read my story, although I haven’t edited some parts of it yet. So please bear with some errors or grammar mistakes. I would love to hear your comments and suggestions. Thank you!!!

You know the old saying fake it til you make it? Well my best friend took that a little too seriously. Caitlyn came up with a crazy scheme to help me finally get the guy I had been crushing on for three years. Her plan was a little unorthodox to say the least. She decided that her and her boyfriend Colton should stage a break up so I could pretend to date him for a month. He was the quarterback of the football team and the most popular guy in school. She said dating him would make the guys at our school finally stop seeing me as a shy, undateable nerd. She said I would have my pick of any guy after that, including my crush Takashi. It was the most ridiculous plan I had ever heard of. There was no way anyone would actually believe me and Colton were dating. He was the quarterback of the football team. It would have probably been easier to convince the whole school that I was dating the President. The problem was, I knew she was right. It was probably the only way I could get Takashi (my crush) to see me as girlfriend material and I wanted that more than anything in the world. Plus, Caitlyn's crazy schemes usually worked and I was desperate, so I reluctantly agreed to it. The weirdest part of the whole thing was, her boyfriend Colton used to be my best friend before him and her started dating and she gradually took his place as my best friend. That was four years ago and him and I weren't near as close as we used to be. Now he was just my best friend's boyfriend. CONTENT WARNING: Very mature themes & sexual content - 18+ only! Being the new girl, officially sucks. Being the new Goth girl, wholeheartedly sucks. Being the new Goth girl, with horrific baggage, truly sucks. At my old school, I was thought of as 'cool and quirky'. Here, I'm just the weird new girl - the weird new girl whose parents are divorcing. I get stared at. Whispered about. Socially ostracised. I just know that my entire school life is now going to be an endless bout of loneliness and humiliation. Only, it would seem that Chas Summers doesn't think so. He has just stuffed a piece of paper in the back pocket of my jeans with one of his cocky and welcoming smiles. Now this boy, really is cool and quirky. A bit of a rebel, but he's definitely no rebel without a cause. That cocky smile of his, tells me that this could be the coming together of two quirky kindred spirits. That smile, tells me that I could have found my first friend here. Maybe being the new girl, isn't going to be so bad after all? Maybe being the new girl, will have its advantages? Maybe being me, is actually okay? I'm Mindy Diaz. The new Goth girl. Quirky and proud. The John Hughes Club Published by K B Mallion Copyright © 2020 K B Mallion
