In an unknown year on planet Earth, the last remaining human and animal awaken from a prolonged sleep. As they encounter each other, they embark on a journey, only to discover that the world they once knew has been left behind, abandoned and devoid of civilization.

Together, the human and animal explore their surroundings, their senses attuned to the faint echoes that resonate in the distance. A peculiar noise breaks the silence, hinting at the possibility that remnants of human and animal life may still linger, hidden amidst the vast expanse of the world.

With the hunt for Bernie giving new purpose to Geoff's un-life, he and Naomi begin a quest to get back their cat. Battling skeleton pirates, climbing the sky ladder and facing off against the villain who took Bernie, Geoff is determined to find his purpose - or die a second time trying!
