Modern Day Witch

Eden Blackwood-Holt grew up with her hyper-religious mother. All her life, it's been pray before you eat, pray before you sleep, and go to church every Sunday. Her mother has always told her that things like witches and wizards were akin to the devil and should be avoided at all costs. Eden has always gone along with it, feeling out of place and out of her mind when strange things happened to her and to the people around her. It wasn't until she was visited by her aunt, Ingrid Blackwood, that she realized what she truly was; a witch. She's shipped off to a strange school named Hogwarts for people like her and her entire world is transformed from modest homes and bibles to castles and spell books.
