Jonah has been uprooted from the one place he was really starting to get along with - and now he finds himself stuck in the middle of San Francisco with everything except what he wants:

After hearing mysterious music coming from an abandoned building and finding an even more mysteriously happy girl with a camera around her neck taking up refuge there, he finds his world slowly spiraling out of control and into a huge, catastrophic, real, and beautiful mess. 

He came - or was dragged - into the city expecting to find only one moment where he finally broke free of everything.
