There exists a world where there lives a kind of people together over the whole world, they are called: Humans. But in this world not only humans exist. There existed a special human called: "Anna Heartfillia" with powers. She called herself: a "Maan", of course there also existed many others, and they lived together. Hundreds of years later there exists a girl called Lucy Heartfillia, who is the granddaughter of Anna Heartfillia. She also has this kind of power. But she is is really special, She is a "rare Maan". Only a few exists in that world. A normal "Maan" has only one special power, but a "rare Maan" has all the powers you can think of. And this is a story about her, Lucy Heartfillia. She is a beautifull girl, has good grades, rich ...
Or so everyone else thinks ... but in reality she is a human with powers. Lucy's mother Layla Heartfillia, daughter of Anna Heartfillia, also had this mysticall power but died 10 years later after Lucy was born.

Lucy goes to her first school at DV High and finds new friends and maybe love? will she be able to keep her secret from her friends? Or the school?
