The apocalypse ended 100 years ago, little did Leo know another one was just beginning. A war has been raging for 30 years between the north and south. It's all anyone has ever known. The south, Shiera believes in equality and freedom but has little money. The north has a strict caste system and women are not equal in society, they're all rich. Leo was born in the north, treated like a son for her first 8 years then sent away, suddenly, to a boarding school. There she is close to the border and the last forest on earth where she meets her best friend, Julian. He is from the country of the free. She then takes refuge in the other country when she can. Little did she know that the war was about to end and the country of the free would loose. Her punishment for loving her best friend may send the world into its second apocalypse.

Years after the fall of the vampire king, the world has forgotten the love that burned hearts to ash. The throne is no longer empty- it is ruled by cold hands, and whispers of betrayal have faded into myth. But fate does not forget. In a quiet town, a girl grows up carrying secrets she doesn't understand- a chest, an old book of folklore, and eyes that seem to echo someone she's never met. She only knows that shadows follow her steps, and danger lingers where she least expects. At the same time, two strangers cross paths. Drawn together, bound by something beyond this life, they cannot explain why every glance feels like remembering. As darkness stirs again, old bloodlines awaken. And the past is not done with them yet.
