Pro-Hero Deku, Japan's Symbol of Peace, was labeled a selfless man. He dedicated all of his life to saving others and bringing peace into a crime-riddled world. Everyone and everything loved him. They had to.
Even you did.
But what about Izuku Midoriya? The civilian that hid behind the title of Deku? Who was he?
Many, many years ago you could have confidently listed the differences. You could have described the man you adored and loved with every fiber of your being, that only you got to see. Izuku was your own. Deku belonged to everyone else.
However, with time, that changed. Izuku Midoriya changed. Deku changed. They became one.
And slowly, you were left behind to lick his dust. You were left behind to suffer with your own inner turmoil, with nobody to comfort you; with no hero.
You were sure you were too far gone to be saved.
But maybe, just maybe, could someone else help you. Possibly, someone could change the course of your life and be your hero for one last time.
