Ever since then she has been moved from house to house through foster care. At 13 Julia decided it was too much and ran away. Every time she was found and put into yet another home she would run, knowing no one would miss her. 2 years later and still on the run Julia finds herself in a bad situation causing her to almost lose her life (but at this point that didn't seem so bad).
