{Takes place in the small town of midorisyu, Japan located near Mount. Fuji. Year: 1917 during ww1}

     Sixteen year old orphan Aiden Jackson has been encountering a mysterious creature in the Aokigahara forest that surrounds his a town since his arrival from the battlefield. He always seen this forest of death as a curse but his recent encounter with the creature just pushed his theory farther.
