For fifteen years straight, it's been raining. Government testing in the early 2000's lead to a forever downpour. Due to the chronic circumstances, a wall was built around Water Crest View, the forgotten town of the world.

Where Layla and John called home.

"The Purif" to be specific.

When a nasty storm strikes, Layla stumbles upon John. The two become fast friends, soon both deciding they've had enough of all the pain and suffrage.

They decide to run away from Water Crest View, crossing over the wall. Something no one has ever done. Will they succeed?
