The United States was facing a crisis! With World War II raging, morale was low and the American people had to endure troubled times. Shortages of food, gas and other goods made daily life very difficult. Even worse, the war itself was the most terrible and violent conflict in human history. The loss of life was staggering. However, in the face of such awful hardships, the country endured. A sense of community developed. People came together. Nothing could stop the vibrant and unwavering American spirit. Their will would not be broken.
Set during the decade of the 1990's, this is a Generation X version of Captain America. In the decade of the 1940's, people were looking for hope. They found it when young, Steve Rogers volunteered for the Super Soldier Program. After taking a serum that gave him enhanced strength, speed and agility he was now Captain America. Using a custom made vibranium shield as his only weapon, he fought against the Nazi's in World War II. But, after being frozen in a block of ice, he wakes up in 1992. Can the man out of time adjust to a new generation?
