Hunter Clancy is a troubled teen. Bella Taylors saw that immediatley when she first met him on her mother's wedding day. Hunter is going to be Bella's new step-brother. For reasons Bella cant understand, Hunter has an instant dis-like of Bella. They go against each other as soon as they meet. But soon Bella finds that Hunter has a good reason to be the way he is and as Bella struggles to figure him out, Hunter is struggling as well. Hunter does not want to get close to Bella. He is haunted by memories that cannot go away. He cant deny his feelings for Bella but he tries futiley to stay away from her for the fear that he will hurt her beyond repair. So as Hunter fights to keep his feelings under control, Bella fights to reveal them. All the while a strong attraction is brewing between them. And all Bella can tell is there is more to Hunter Clancy below the surface.
