Princess Gwynn is the daughter of the king of Medlin, and heir to the throne. Her kingdom is in the midst of a great war with the kingdom Dhanishta, and she is caught in the middle when her father sets her up for an arranged marriage with Lord Ishmael, a terrible man with no morals.
