In a hidden government lab, the most professional and highly-intelligent scientists work on their newest project - a cyborg. More specifically, a cyborg designed to catch criminals. When experimenting, the impossible happens - they succeed on their very first try. After conducting a series of tests and training, they finally release the cyborg, Electronica, into the real world.
