The first of a series of short stories that give some background to my fantasy world of the future.  A world of shapeshifting animals and creatures previously thought to only exist in fairy tales.  A world that the gods intended to be a harmonious existence between humans and animals, but not everyone has the same ideas in mind.

This story concerns the Tanuki and Kitsune, shapeshifting raccoons and foxes respectively, and the manipulative games they play with their new found powers.All Rights Reserved
