The earth was devastated by a nuclear war that almost wiped out all living creatures. Almost. To ensure the survival of the human population, the US government placed all citizens in cities to replenish the human race back to its former glories, and let the earth heal. As to be expected, mutations occurred. But it was the way in which it was controlled to allow humans to be normal again which sets peoples stomachs on the edge.
Liselle is a teenage mutant, trying to hide from the Control. Her and Pierce, a fellow mutation, seek refuge on the Outside. The big question on their minds; is the outside safe for them? Can life be sustained in the unknown? But first of all, can they even escape?
