Felix Godinez was born a werecat and has kept his secret form even from his parents. By day, he is a normal Southern California high school student, but by night, he is a terrifying, ninja-like vigilante who means to do good in the world. Several months after the Catman's first public appearances, crime rates start to drop in the city of Kiersten, but two new, unforeseeable evils cause Felix to make full use of his nine lives.
