[The title and cover probably won't be permanent, so if you don't like them please bear with me.] "If I remember correctly, there is a spare pair of glasses in this cabinet..." I murmur to myself and feel around for the right drawer in my desk. I find the handle and pull it open. Luckily all I had in there was the spare pair of glasses. I put them on and finally I can see in front of me. I lean back in the chair and stretch my arms. "Taking a break already, Alexander?" My boss again. "I was just looking for my glasses." I turn around and there he is, standing above me. "I ought to fire you." "You know you love me." I smiled. He ignored me. "I've got a job for you." Alexander Beckerman is a skilled spy who works for HQ, one of the city's finest protective agencies. Saving people left and right, Alexander made sure not to make any mistakes in his work. But one day, when clever villain Seth Ravanna(aka The Devil), becomes the cause of Alexander's biggest mistake, it costs the blue-haired hero his job as a spy. As Seth takes Alexander under his wing, Alexander begins to uncover truths he never wanted to know. As the two of them run from the bad guys, they run further from those they can trust, and those who trust them. They run closer to isolation and closer to being outcasts.

I woke up in the strangest situation ever, wearing nothing but a thin strap nightdress and standing in the middle of what looked like a prehistoric jungle. Before I could even scream, a bunch of wild beastmen appeared and dragged me to a terrifying place called the Abandoned Beast City. There were no kind or gentle beastmen there, only rough, scary ones who clearly did not understand what personal space meant. I was shaking like a leaf, but I was not about to give up. If I could not fight them, I would have to outsmart them. That was when I noticed beastman number 1, huge, intimidating, and annoyingly kind of handsome. So I put on my sweetest please help me smile and started plotting my escape. If I had to survive in this crazy world, I was going to do it with style and sass.
