Those people are called Abnormals, who lived lives in Camps, being experimented on by the Feds. The Abnormal's enemy. A few years later, Kassandra McRide is a Abnormal who gets kicked out of her own home, she finds herself with a group of teens who need to face the Feds, before they turn into experiments of their own.
