"Kay, this isn't your fault!" I yelled, my heart breaking at the sight of him in front of me.

He was a mess, he looked so vulnerable on the floor. He crouched, hunched over the lifeless body of a small girl, her shirt bundled up in his fists.

Her eyes stared dully up at the two of them, her face now relaxed from what it was mere moments ago of one contorted in pain.

"I could have saved her, I could have done it Ricky!" He shouted back, the deep rage evident in his voice. 

The young girl was part of his pack, almost like a little sister to him. "Kay it's no use to just sit there and do nothing. We have to find out who did this." I mumbled.

Kay let a growl rip through the room causing everyone to fall into silence. I took a step forward, resting my hand on his shoulder, his once tense shoulders relaxed ever so slightly.

"I'll kill him for this..." he spoke, his eyes glinting with a dangerous fury deep in there depths.All Rights Reserved
