After the first war between Loki and the Avengers ended. Loki has remained in prison in Asgard for about two years now. Odin, the father of Thor and Loki and also Ruler of Asgard has finally come to a decision to banish Loki to earth with his powers stripped away.
When he arrived in Earth, Loki corporates with Anna as she helps him. Tony Stark, Anna's Uncle made Spider-Man to take care of her. What happens when Anna find out her neighbor is spider man? How does she feel? And what happens when Peter find out about Loki?
