Speaking of tourists, an American photographer by the name of Blake Crest arrives in Paris to take pictures of the Neon Festival that is being held in the city. Everything soon takes a quick turn as Blake runs into a criminal tagger duo, Ink, and Hummingbird. Not only is he becoming a target of Ink's attention for taking a picture of the criminal, but also a local street artist named Dante. Will he follow the life of crime or put the man behind bars? What is the relationship between Blake and Dante? Also, why does this story have a date and time mechanic?All Rights Reserved
