The definition of freedom is the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint.
If you would've said this to someone hundred's of years ago they wouldn't believe you. There was no such thing as freedom. That's how much this world has changed.
It's surprising how people automatically thought that if your skin was something other than white you were not human. Some People even think this to this day even though we have proved that everyone deserves the same rights.

NO MORE TEARS (MxB)
For as long as I could remember vampires ruled other humans. I found it that way and I believed that was an injustice. Not like I could do much about it. Once I turned of age, I would be sold as a blood slave, a pet and my life would possibly end. I never liked these creatures to begin with. Adding salt to injury I was bought by a royal vampire, the prince. I cursed the day I was born. Maybe not all vampires were the same, but for humans that was just wishful thinking. (This book has mature mentions, violence, blood, sexual scenes and mature content. Proceed with caution.)
