Tired of standing in the shadows of his father, the champion of Kanto, Ash Ketchum, Jacob decides to embark on his own Pokemon adventure. Being the typical know it all teenager, he doesn't know what he is doing and has an 'I can solve everything' attitude. Will getting involved in the affairs of an evil team end in success? Will he prove he is capable of escaping his father's shadow? Will he be the best there ever was? Or will everything come crashing down?

I don't own Pokemon nor the character Ash Ketchum. This is just a story I made using the idea of Pokemon. I do own the fan made characters though.
This story is created a while after Ash Ketchum was ten years old, so there will be some older characters who may be dead, and some gyms won't have the same gym leaders. Some gyms might have changed types in total. Just letting you all know.
