Black spots are starting to swarm in my vision as I try to blink them away. Sound faded in my ears. Making a scary, muffled sound. I slowed down behind the two companions, looking down at the green earth. I felt very cold and sick. I have no sense of touch. Weed and plants brushed my fingers. Like their reaching out to grab me and swallow me into the abyss. I could not smell the green earthy trees or the smells surrounding me. My breathing only came in short, gasping breaths. My thoughts faded away...

Meeting Maia
I blinked. My eyes began focusing on shapes. I could hear murmuring voices. I could smell medication. I could taste blood. I could feel scratchy blankets lying over my frail body. Three humans, talking under their breaths. A blue cast on my leg. Another on my arm. Stitches in my other 'leg'. More stitches on my face neck and chest. A huge stapled gash across my entire stomach, starting from my shoulder and going in a diagonal line straight across my body and ending at my hip bone. It had just avoided my heart. Tubes were threaded through my arms and other areas of my stomach. I was suddenly very aware of the amount of pain I was in. I cried out in pain and all three people turned to me. The middle one lurched forwards and took a needle from the side. The other two fussed around me, rethreading the tubes and checking that they were all fully functional. A sharp, aching pain pierced my neck and I caught the middle guy with a needle in my neck. My vision slowly began blurring again.Complete

Zoe froze as a loud squawk sounded ahead of her. She looked down to the ground were she followed a blood trail. The dragon had stepped on something sharp as it fleed from Zoe. The poor thing, I just want to help. Zoe walked forward as quietly as she could. She could hear the exhausted breaths of the white dragon. Zoe approached it quietly, but failed to not be noticed. The dragon instantly lifted its head in Zoe's direction, but laid it back down with a deep exhale. Zoe could see the blood oozing from the deep wound in its talon. Zoe approached it and kneeled down next to it. The dragon curled its tail tightly around itself. Zoe kneeled for a second in awe. Never once had she seen a white dragon. It was like seeing a ghost, which the dragon was just as quiet as one. She looked at the bright purple on its wings, it reminded her of the flowers the petunias. "You're very pretty, like a petunia." Zoe spoke to the dragon softly. The dragon's ears perked up and it chirped softly at the word petunia. "Petunia?" Zoe questioned the dragon. The dragon cooed softly. "I'm Zoe."
