Everyone knows that the youngest son in a family inherit nothing which puts many a good young man at a disadvantage money wise.
So what is a lad to do?
Indulge in gambling? Croquet, perhaps? Or just muck about without a care in the world because, unless they were good looking and uncommonly interesting, there was little hope for marrying well, and even then, money was held higher than real infatuation or charm.
Now there happens, a small band of merry Robin fellows that have little time to waste but just enough to waste it anyway, they make it a point to woo and bet against each other to see which lad will win which lady's heart. And purse . . .
Unfortunately, it's finally Young lord Wilson Hyde's turn to steal an unsuspecting lady from her mundane life and attempt to woo her. Young, handsome, stunningly charming, and has an irresistible ability to talk his way out of anything . . . but even with all his talents he hits a snag when his best friend steals his future lady targets sister too! Now they're on the run from an obsessed suitor, someone shot a red coat, and both girls refused them. Nothing like this ever happened to the other chaps when they stole a girl out of her home!
