Meeting new people now being her friends she's overwhelmed, in her past not having any to comfort she looks at their emotions like someone staring at a knife-wielding maniac. Filled with pure social anxiety she struggles to communicate, and consoling others is complicated for her own emotions. To her other's emotions are complete strangers relative to her own.
