Our universe is actually subdivided into ten different parallel universe's. One for every planet and the sun, because in each universe a different planet has people on it.
All of the other planets have developed technology to be able travel to the other dimensions. We are the only planet out of the loop. The other planets have sent visitors to out world, but never gotten any response, well now the situation is dire because there is a huge universe changing decision to be made, and they need our vote. The other planets have sent a diplomat to our Earth, with much more power than all previous ambassadors.
The ambassador must find our heir to Earth's throne in the Council of Nine to make their vote and break the tie. And either party may have some difficulty swallowing the decision made by Earth's heir, so she must play her cards wisely, like a true politician.

The year is 2018 and planet Earth has given man kind everything that it has to offer, to the point that the planet is dying away. Most of the earth is in ruin which made all the leaders from all the nations meet together on a secret island for two weeks to come up and form a plan for man kind's survival, and so the United Space Administration or USA for short was form. For years the federal governments from all the nations on earth has been secretly investing and contributing with each other on space and military developments without the population of their countrymen knowing about what they ( the government ) was doing, and now the secrets might pay off now that every country on earth has no choice but to come together as one people. The USA ( not the United States ) has built four star ships in the past ten years at Space Station United in space a few hundred miles behind Space Station Freedom . Through the years moon bases have also been built on the moon, and now paper and coin currencies are completely gone. However, Earl stepped in and pleaded for humanity's relocation instead of their annihilation. You see Earl himself was earth born. Only as a teenager, did he discover his 5D abilities. He saw the progress humanity had been making. He knew they had learned from their past environmental failures. In his opinion, the people of Earth didn't have to die. Some care not at all for the others one way or another. Some are too weak to meddle in the affairs of their neighbors. Some are so strong they are feared.
