VERY, worried. chat noir has started to only pull up to patrol only half time recently, and he cut it short every time. during battles it was like he wasn't focused, careless, he even stopped making those ridiculous jokes. and as much as ladybug complained about them, it was just off without them. everything was just... off lately. she tried asking if something was wrong, she really did, but he shut her down every time. everything was 'fine,' as he would say. as for chat noir, even after three years it seems like he still hasn't gotten over his mother's death. well, you never get over death. you simply move on. and he did... but now it was bad again. he missed his mom so badly, he hated his dad. he was beginning to despise school and fencing. starting to hate all of his friends and ladybug. he was just always mad, and snapped easily. but he didn't want to face his problems. it'll pass. Ladybug paused, caught off guard. She leaned in. "Oh? Who's the lucky person?" Chat scratched his head, flustered. "I don't want to say too much, but she's amazing-funny, kind, talented, and real. I can be myself around her." Ladybug smiled, her heart warming. "That sounds wonderful, Chat. I'm glad you've found someone like that." Chat grinned, a bit sheepish. "It was unexpected. I had these strong feelings for you for so long, but now I realize it was more admiration." Ladybug's heart skipped a beat. Chat had been infatuated with her, but she had never been able to return his feelings. "That's a good realization, Chat," Ladybug said gently. "I know what it's like to think you're in love, only to realize maybe it wasn't." Chat's eyes brightened. "Wait, are you... seeing someone too?" Ladybug nodded. "Yes. I've been spending time with someone. He's thoughtful, always makes me smile. I think I'm falling for him." Chat's eyes widened in surprise, but he smiled genuinely. "That's amazing, m'lady! You deserve that." "Thanks, Chat." Ladybug smiled. "I think we've both grown, realizing we needed to open up to others, to find happiness beyond our masks." He nodded. "For the longest time, I thought being in love with you was my only option, but now, she makes me feel something I didn't know I could. I think I'm falling in love with her." Ladybug said softly, "She's lucky to have you. I'm happy for you, Chat." Chat flashed a grin. "Thanks, m'lady. But you haven't told me much about your guy. Is he as amazing as you?" Ladybug laughed. "He's great. We've known each other for a while. We used to be friends, but over time, I started seeing him differently." Chat's eyes gleamed. "A longtime friend, huh? That's interesting. How did you two start going out?"

Miraculous: The Adventures of Ladybug and Chat Noir - Adrien and Marinette, oblivious as always. As tension between the pair increases, so does their inevitable love square. They're so focused on one another that they don't notice the figure monitoring them in and out of costume. Will the reveal lead to the two breaking ties? Who'll make the first move? There's two endings, the alternative ending is the more interesting of the two in my opinion There is swearing but nothing sexual that goes further than them making out. Short explanation at the beginning in case you need it, constructive criticism is encouraged Credit to the creators of Miraculous, i only created the storyline but you probably knew that already. Akumas never existed in this fictional story, and Hawkmoth doesn't ethier. But their Miraculous' still live on. Now, you would think that with no Akuma and no villains that were evilized to fight, that means that Adrien and Marinette just keep Tikki and Plagg around as pets, right? Wrong. You see, Chat Noir is the most wanted, most sneaky, and most flirtatious villain in Paris, France. He is a thief, a vandalizer, and is always masked. No one knew who the real Chat Noir was. After all, he had no idea what else she had been capable of, which would be the main reason he would be on his guard. "Hm~ Adrien, Adrien." She shook her head, giving a small, dry laugh as she slowly approached him until she was only about two feet away. "Poor, Adrien~ the real question here is- why are you here?" She folded her arms, waiting expectantly even though she already knew what would pass his lips. "Marinette, you.. you have to stop this. All of it. This isn't you, and you know that. As soon as Ladybug gets here, she can help you-" his words was cut off by her mocking voice. "Oh?
