It was supposed to be a quick extract, send three ODST's to pick up some AI that got stranded behind enemy lines. The path was supposed to have few to no Covenant... But only 10 minutes on the designated route and we'd already had to shoot our way out of several Covenant blockades. Nothing serious; just some Jackals,Grunts, and a few Elites who had survived the strafing runs, but what lied up ahead was really unexpected...
What command didn't add was that our strafing runs didn't run the hole length of the route leading to the designated target.
