Billie is an average girl. After receiving a task in class to keep a journal and make regular entries, she is diagnosed with cancer. Not wanting to leave her best friend Callum behind without anything to remember her by, she starts to write letters for him to find after she passes away. By reading her letters and her journal, Callum is able to enter Billie's mind and learn more about their friendship than he ever thought possible.
