My BL Lists - Favourite Series, Favourite Movies, Favourite Actors
Some people love lists, and I am one of them. So I decided to share my BL lists with anyone who might be interested. There are 5 lists at the moment. The lists of my all-time favourite BL series and movies have open endings, i.e. I'll add more series and movies whenever I've watched something that I think belongs in these lists. The ranking of series and movies (0 to 10, with 10 being the top rank) isn't meant to be objective - it rather reflects my subjective perspective. The series and movies lists are meant to help newcomers to the genre of BL find some hints what may be worth watching, or what I think have been milestones in the development of the genre. For those familiar with the genre, it may be an opportunity to remember some of the highlights of Boyslove productions. I will attach a trailer or a short video clip to each entry, so if you want you can extend your journey a little. The lists of my favourite actors (Thai, Filipino, Taiwanese, Japanese, and others) are limited to 20 persons each, which means that every time a new actor enters the list, another one has to be dropped. This hurts me every time it happens, but wattpad doesn't allow more than 20 pictures per chapter. To avoid this, I may divide some of the "favourite actors lists" into two or three parts. The Love They Never Had: The Chase
This will be my final fan fiction piece of the historical fiction drama 'My Country: The New Age.' Of all the foreign dramas and movies that I have watched from Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle-East, this underrated and often over-looked Korean drama has emotionally torn me apart in every way possible even 3 years after the drama itself came out. Not a day has gone by where I do not think of the anguish that Nam Seon-Ho (Woo Do-Hwan) went through the en tire drama and how it only got worse after the death of his only friend's sister. There are virtually no romantic scenes between the two characters, and yet the toll that her death takes on him can only be described as a young man who has his entire life ripped out of his soul. Many fan's of the drama may still assume that Seo Yeon and Seon-Ho only maintain a sibling relationship, but the romantic in me refuses to believe that Nam Seon-Ho did not fall in love with the only woman who cared for him and loved him. This fan fiction story will be broken down into multiple parts, as I am currently trying to intertwine the projects of the actors 'Yang Se-Jong', Jo Yi-Hyun' & 'Woo Do-Hwan'... it might take a long time for this story to be complete so keep an eye out! 3 of 10 stories with the same cover.Complete
