This is the first story in the Pine Valley Cozy Mysteries Series.

Jodie has just moved back to her hometown of Pine Valley, where she bought the Pine Valley Inn & Dinner. She's enjoying her new life - until one of her customers gets murdered. Justus Callan had a lot of enemies, due to his love 'em and leave 'em ways.

Who killed Justus? Could it be his best friend, Cal-Lee? Or Faron Crookshanks, the owner of the drag race club? Or maybe Hank, the owner of Louie's Bar? Or was it Branson Styles, the man who is dating Jodie's mother?

Jodie's determined to find out who it was and with a little help from her sister, Fawn, and Constable Chet McGuyver (who she happens to have a little crush on) she just might figure it out!
