Imagine knowing exactly when you were to die. In this advanced world, people can know exactly that. Each person has a watch that counts down to the day they will die. Some people have only eighteen years from birth, while some have seventy. When Kalie Everest steps onto the plane with her best friend all seems fine. Until takeoff. As they start lifting into the air something incredibly rare happens. The watches of everybody change, giving them each roughly two hours to live.
