"I'm not kidding Zayd, stop, stop it! Get away from me! I swear if you take one more step I'll I'll-" "You'll what?" He whispers huskily, his warm breath tickling my face. The predatory gaze of his was causing my heart to do all sorts if things. With one last step he had me pinned against the frame of the balcony. "Say it Aisha, tell me what I want to hear" I could hear my heart pounding in my chest then my mouth started to move on its own accord. "I...I....." _______________________________ Aisha - Beautiful, intelligent, kind as many would describe her. A girl with a tragic past but a shining future. Zayd - Devilishly handsome, cunning, cruel as many would describe him. A man holding painful secrets and many scars. Something brought them together, maybe fate, maybe destiny, maybe it was just plain coincidence. However, there was nothing magical about the way they become one. They say it's the threads of marriage that hold two people together, but if these threads started off as chains, how does the story go then?
