Yulia Maximoff is the younger sister of Wanda and Pietro, who is thought to have died from Herr Strucker's experiments. She is alive and well, but like her siblings, Loki's Scepter gave her abilities: the manipulation of energy from her surroundings, and the ability to blend into shadows so well she is practically invisible. 
While she was being trained to be a spy, she encountered a nice boy in a coffee shop in New York City. That boy is Peter Parker.
