Michael decides to run away from home after his parents no longer support him and he discovers an abandoned amusement park/carnival. There he meets Johnny, a homeless kid that lives there. They become friends, but there's a strange thing happening. Michael has awakened evil ghosts of the performers who once worked there, and they can't escape until they lock them back into the realm from which they came.

Cody is set on re-gaining his lost memories through meeting a past lover, but after accidentally coming accross a mysterious ghost with even less recollection of who they are, the group soon realize that Cody isn't meant to exsist among them. As Cody begins fading from existence, the group must find a way to go back and prevent his death... but how?
