In a world that is run by order and technology, how will the council deal with a Glitch?
132654 has always been different. While everyone else was learning what they needed for their predetermined future through the computer implants in their eyes, never questioning the authority of the council and following the rules. She was four years ahead of everyone else -practically teaching her tutors- asking FAR too many questions for her own good and breaking any rules necessary to read the restricted books that were her only link to a real life, where you can move, speak and fall in love.
