Story follows the lives of the Next Generation of Gilmore girls -Also, Luke and Lorelai had some of their children before Rory had hers.  

Rory's twins- Sara and Emily when Rory moves them back to Stars Hollow.  

Lorelai and Luke also have two sons Will, Dax and a daughter Hannah.
