Chris is the infamous high school metalhead. He is well known as a musician and as a friend to a selective few. Salem is the new local outcast, coming from a dysfunctional family and is left on her own to fight her demons, invisible to the world. Chris notices her in danger and an emotional circumstance leaves them inseparable. Can Chris bring down the walls Salem has fought so hard to keep up? Or will a life like hers make him run away like the previous people in her life?
Warnings: This story is dark and mentions suicide, abuse, self harm and mature language. If you are sensitive to topics such as those and a few more then this book probably isn't recommended.
