Josh was the son of the Alpha, who could control the element fire and was outgoing and adventurous, he loved to sleep around and play with others, he occasionally helped bully Maria, but also helps protect her.
But on Maria’s sixteenth birthday she finds out that Josh is her mate, she’s excited, but he just turns away and rejects her.
Later they find out that Josh is to marry the daughter of the enemy packs Alpha to form an alliance between the two packs, and to Maria’s shock, Josh accepts. But what happens when Maria get's pregnant by Josh?

A pack is only as strong as it's alpha, a weak alpha means a weak pack, and no pack can survive with just a Luna or just an alpha. A pack needs both, but when your alpha is a 76 year old, your Luna passed away, and their only child is a girl, things get a little complicated. 76 year old Jed found his mate at 50 years old, the two were only able to have one miracle baby. Jed knows that his pack needs a new alpha and Luna quickly because of his age and his health problems. He knew how hard it was for him to find his mate, and he did not want the same for his daughter.
